Enhanced Flash Memory The ESP-01S features an upgraded flash memory, increasing its capacity from 512KB to 4MB. Depending on the shipment, the module may receive one of the following flash chips: XMC 0H32BHIG, XM25QH32CJIG, or XM25QH32CHIGU10Q. This significant increase in memory ensures that the module can handle a wider range of applications and operations.

Socket Compatibility and Firmware Download The ESP-01S comes equipped with a 2x4 pin header, allowing you to easily plug it into the interface of a Burner to download firmware to the ESP-01S/ESP01S. Additionally, it is fully compatible with Arduino IDE. To use it, select "Generic ESP8285 Module" in the board manager.
