This indoor-mounted timer is incredibly easy to use, eliminating the need for instructions.

The intuitive, zone-by-zone settings allow you to customize watering schedules specific to each area of your yard, resulting in a greener lawn with less water consumption. The timer controls up to 6 valves, with watering times adjustable from 0 to 240 minutes per zone. Easily set custom days of the week, odd/even days, or a cycle number of days independently for each zone by simply turning the dial.

To ensure optimal watering, the timer offers up to four custom watering times per day. This feature is particularly useful for properly watering slopes and clay soils, allowing the water to soak in and preventing runoff. The large LCD screen and LED indicator lights make it quick and easy to review all settings.

Additional advanced features include "Seasonal Adjust" - allowing you to increase watering time by up to 100% during hot, dry months or reduce it by 90% in cool, rainy periods. The "Rain Delay" function suspends watering for up to 72 hours, automatically resetting once the delay ends. You can also manually water a single zone for up to 180 minutes or all zones for the duration of the first programmed time using the dedicated buttons.

Designed for indoor installation within a garage, home, or waterproof shed, the timer's sealed case protects it from moisture, insects, and grime. Superior built-in surge protection guards against damage from lightning strikes or power surges, and all settings are stored indefinitely in memory - no need to re-program after a power outage.

The timer also features automatic troubleshooting of valves and wiring, suspending watering to any affected zone and displaying a warning message with the valve number. It supports a master valve or pump start relay, as well as a rain sensor, and is compatible with most 24 VAC irrigation valves.
